Multi-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account using a time-based one-time password (TOTP).

To set up MFA:

  1. Go to Settings > Security.
  2. Click Set up MFA (or Enable MFA).
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).
  4. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to verify.
  5. Download and securely store your recovery codes β€” you will need these if you lose access to your authenticator.

Warning: Store your recovery codes in a safe place. If you lose access to your authenticator app and do not have your recovery codes, you will need to contact support to regain access to your account.
